The CEREC System

CEREC uses CAD/CAM technology that allows our team to design and create restorations, and then place them, all in a single visit. No multiple visits, and no temporaries, just a completely restored tooth in one sitting. We start by preparing the tooth, which means removing a small amount of structure. Next, we take pictures of the tooth with a digital camera at the end of a thin wand. These images act as an impression, allowing us to create a 3D model. We upload the final design into the onsite milling machine, which crafts the crown from ceramic. A strong material, ceramic is also translucent like tooth enamel, and we shade the restoration to better blend with the smile. We place them with a powerful bonding agent, making sure the fit is perfect, and you leave with a newly repaired tooth.

Full Crowns

A full crown covers the visible portion of the tooth, everything above the gum line. We may use them to address severe tooth decay, complete a root canal for infected teeth, and repair major cracks and chips too. Inlays and Onlays
